Hot Glue Gun or Super Glue
Plastic Flowers
Barrette Clip
Glue Sticks
Scissors
Directions:
Cut off ends of plastic flowers, so that it is flat.
Apply glue of choice onto back of flower.
Stick to the barrette clip. Press down hard, until glue is dry.
Repeat until barrette is full with flowers, you can mix and match and so forth.
You are done!
