A Fringe Or Two!

Wearing it as a light fringe scarf.

I'm hopelessly in love with fringe right now and loving to overlay spring dress with open crochet work. I made this strapless crocheted fringe top that can also be worn as a fringe scarf for fun. I believe I might take it a step forward and make a dress following this pattern with fringe of course! *ash
