DIY: The Hello! Crochet Sunglasses Case.

Hello there! I've had a few ideas/designs I wanted to try out for a sunglasses case and this is the just the first edition. I wanted to utilize some type of wording for the case and the first word that popped in my head was, Hello Sunshine! So here is a fun free pattern to create your own crochet sunglasses case!

 The Ingredients:
>> two selections of yarn (I used Red Heart Yarn, Grey/Seafoam Green)
>> J/10 -6.00MM and H/8 -5.00MM
>> scissors
>> yarn sewing needle

Crochet techniques with abbreviations:  
SC= single crochet
HDC= half double crochet
SS= slip stitch   
CH= chain
ST(S)= stitches or stitch
With your selected color. (Color #1) and the hook  (J/10 -6.00MM)
CH 22
Row 1: HDC the entire Row 1, turn,
Row 2: HDC the entire Row 2, turn,
Row 3: HDC for 1 ST
(you will switch colors for the lettering: (Color #2))
(Color #2): HDC in the next ST 
(Color #1): HDC in the next ST
(Color #2): HDC in the next ST
(Color #1): HDC in the next ST
(Color #2): HDC in the next 3 STs
(Color #1): HDC in the next ST
(Color #2): HDC in the next ST
(Color #1): HDC in the next 3 STS
(Color #2): HDC in the next ST
(Color #1): HDC in the next 3 STS

Row 4: Right to Left

Use your primary color (Color #1)
HDC the entire Rows.
Switch Hooks (H/8 -5.00MM)
To SC around the border of the of the finished piece.

With (Color #2) (The back of the case)
CH 22
Row 1-9: You will HDC All of the Rows
Switch Hooks (H/8 -5.00MM)
To SC around the border of the of the finished piece.

With the finished pieces, you will thread the yarn to sew both pieces together, but leaving one opening on the side.

 Leave an opening for the sunglasses to fit!
