DIY // Crochet Circle Rug/Throw How To & Free Crochet Pattern!

Hello there! Hope you are having a lovely day! I have been wanting to utilize this yarn from Michaels for quite awhile now. Perceiving that the yarn might be a little more home decor based, I designed a functional piece for the home and here is a fun tutorial on how to create this rug!
Ingredients:     Crochet Hook>> 15.00MM  Craft Scissors   Yarn Sewing Needle Yarn used>>1 Skein Each Color [4 total] Loops N' Threads "Woolette"[Super Bulky] 48 Yards
  Stitch guide:    HDC= half double crochet// SC=single crochet// DC=double crochet// SS= slip stitch //ST(S)= stitch(es)// CH= chain R[number]= Row
 CH 3 and SS to connect
HDC 12 times into the circle created by SS.
RND 1: Purple// CH 3 [the chain 3 will be count as a DC] DC two times into every ST around the circle, at the end of the Round, SS to connect and to change colors.
RND 2: Gold// CH 3 [the chain 3 will be count as a DC] DC two times into every 2nd ST around the circle, (DC into the 2nd ST once, DC into the following ST twice) at the end of the Round, SS to connect and to change colors.
 RND 3: Teal// CH 2 [the chain 2 will be count as a HDC] HDC two times into every 3rd ST around the circle, (HDC into the 3rd ST once, DC into the following 2 STS once) at the end of the Round, SS to connect and to change colors.
RND 4: Red// CH 3 [the chain 3 will be count as a DC] DC two times into every 4th ST around the circle, (DC into the 4th ST once, DC into the following 3 STS once) at the end of the Round, SS to connect and to change colors.
RND 5: Gold// CH 2 [the chain 2 will be count as a HDC] HDC two times into every 5th ST around the circle, (HDC into the 5th ST once, HDC into the following 4 STS once) at the end of the Round, SS to connect and to change colors.
 RND 6: Purple// CH 2 [the chain 2 will be count as a HDC] HDC two times into every 6th ST around the circle, (HDC into the 6th ST once, HDC into the following 5 STS once) at the end of the Round, SS to connect and to change colors.
RND 7: Teal// CH 2 [the chain 2 will be count as a HDC] HDC two times into every 7th ST around the circle, (HDC into the 7th ST once, HDC into the following 6 STS once) at the end of the Round, SS to connect and to change colors.
RND 8: Red// CH 2 SC around the entire piece, into every ST, at the end of the round, SS to complete final work.

  1. girl when I saw this pattern I had to run to michaels, I had been looking at it too and wanted to get it but didnt know what to do well Its on clearanc now for 2.36 here in tx just saying if you want to check it out
