DIY: How To Crochet A Market Bag! Free Crochet Pattern!

Hello there! I picked this striped yarn up (primarily because it was on sale) already inspired with what I wanted to create with it. I just love when that happens and it happened with this skein. I knew with the type of yarn that it is, t-shirt/fabric style, I knew a cute market bag for the Summer just had to be created with it!
Ingredients:
Crochet Hook>> H/8-5.50MM
Craft Scissors
Yarn Sewing Needle
Yarn used>>2 Skeins Lemon Stripes (Loops & Threads/T-Shirt) Bulky 5

Stitch guide:
HDC= half double crochet
SC= single crochet
SS= slip stitch
ST(S)= stitch(es)
CH= chain
R[number]= Row
RND= Round

Step 1
You will be creating an oval shape for the base of the bag. 4 total rounds.
CH 30
Into the fourth CH start HDC,

Once you hit the corner, (27) increase by HDC two times (solely at the ends)

Step 2
You will be creating the remainder of the bag.
R1: DC into every ST around the crocheted oval, until you reach the beginning of the Row, SS to connect the last ST to the very first ST, CH 2.
R2-R9: DC into the very first ST, CH 1, Skip 1 ST, and DC into the following ST...(you will repeat this method until the very end of the Row, where you will SS to connect the last ST to the very first ST..)
R10: HDC into every ST around the crocheted oval, until you reach the beginning of the Row, SS to connect the last ST to the very first ST to complete this step.

Step 3
You will be creating the straps for the bag.
CH 61
With the strap in between Rows 9 & Rows 10.
You will be weaving the straps through every other hole created from the DC technique of Row 9.
