DIY: The Tractor Skirt.

Oh this tractor fabric truly caught my eyes, the same way the alphabet fabric did and I truly could not help myself, I had to make another skirt! I just discovered another new tutorial for skirts, so next time I will definitely attempt it and post it all up on here!
