Tutorial Tuesday: The 3 Fringe Infinity Scarf. Free Crochet Pattern.


 Hello there!  
Hope you are having a lovely day, hope it's not too cold where you are! I was gifted with a marvelous pink coat through the Holidays and finally had a reason to utilize this yarn that I've had for quite awhile! So I designed up this snuggly infinity scarf with a bit of fringe detail to share with you all. I truly hope you enjoy!

THE INGREDIENTS
1 Skein [Yarn from Bernat] [Bulky 5] (from Michaels)
Craft Scissors
Crochet Hook N9.00MM
Tapestry Sewing Needle

ABBREVIATIONS
hdc=half double crochet crochet
dc=double crochet
[number]tch[s]=turning chain[s]
sts=stitches


THE PATTERN
CH FOR 12. [8 inches width] final length: 22 inches
R1: HDC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 3TCHS.
R2: DC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 2TCHS.
R3: HDC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 3TCHS.
R4: DC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 2TCHS.

R5: HDC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 3TCHS.
R6: DC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 2TCHS.
R7: HDC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 3TCHS.
R8: DC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 2TCHS.
R9: HDC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 3TCHS.
R10: DC the entire row, into all of the STS, at end of each row, turn work and 3TCHS.

R10-R19: DC into all of the STS, for all of the rows, at end of each row, turn work and 3TCHS.
R20: DC into the first two STS, CH 1 and Skip 1 ST, DC into the following two STS, CH 1, Skip 1 ST, then DC into the following 2 STS, CH 1, Skip 1 ST, DC into the remaining last STS to complete this row and section. Cut off remaining strand, to fasten and weave in the ends.
Creating the fringe tassels. 3 SETS. Next, cut approximately for 6 strands, 8 inches each. Two strands will go together to become a tassel for each opening [from the chain one opening of Row 20] You will guide the strand through the opening and fold the strands together to knot and secure in its place. [like the photo above] 
Sewing the scarf together. Utilizing a strand of yarn, half an inch or so, using a tapestry needle you will sew through the STS of Row 1 combining to Row 20 to complete and secure the infinity scarf technique.

DIY // Hearts All Over Crochet Beanie // Free Crochet Pattern!

Hello there! In the spirit of all things heart themed, I wanted to share this free crochet pattern just in time for Valentines Day!
Ingredients:     Crochet Hook>> L-8.00MM  Craft Scissors // Tapestry Yarn Sewing Needle //Half a Skein of  Lion Brand "Impeccable Yarn" //1 Skein of Loops and Threads Charisma TWEED - "100% Acrylic" // Needle and Thread // Pom pom maker
  Stitch guide:    HDC= half double crochet// SC=single crochet// DC=double crochet// SS= slip stitch //ST(S)= stitch(es)// CH= chain // Round[number] Row[number]

Ch 3 and connect the last ST to the first ST by SS.
Next, you will Ch 2 and HDC 6 times into the middle of the connect chain.
Round 1: Ch 2, HDC into the first ST once into the following ST HDC (two times)... [*You will repeat this method for the entire round, by alternating HDC once and then HDC twice in next st.. at end of round, SS and 2TCHS to continue work.]
Round 2: HDC into the first ST once, HDC into the following ST once as well, into the next ST HDC (two times)... [*You will repeat this method for the entire round, by alternating HDC once into the following 2 STS, and then HDC twice in next st.. at end of round, SS and 2TCHS to continue work.]
Round 3: HDC into the first ST once, HDC into the following ST once, into the third ST HDC once as well, into the next ST HDC (two times)... [*You will repeat this method for the entire round, by alternating HDC once into the following 3 STS, and then HDC twice in next st.. at end of round, SS and 2TCHS to continue work.]
Round 4: HDC into the first ST once, HDC into the following ST once, into the third ST HDC once and into the fourth ST HDC once  as well, into the next ST HDC (two times)... [*You will repeat this method for the entire round, by alternating HDC once into the following 4 STS, and then HDC twice in next st.. at end of round, SS and 2TCHS to continue work.]
Round 5: HDC into the first ST once, HDC into the following ST once, into the third ST HDC once and into the fourth ST HDC once and into the 5th ST HDC once as well, and into the next ST HDC (two times)... [*You will repeat this method for the entire round, by alternating HDC once into the following 5 STS, and then HDC twice in next st.. at end of round, SS and 2TCHS to continue work.]
Round 6-Round 10 : HDC into all of the STS for all of the rounds, at the end of each round, ss to continue work. At final round [ 10] SS, to complete final work.
Creating the mini hearts 
Ch 3, SS to connect work.
Into the middle of the chain,
2 dc, 2 hdc, 1 dc, 2 hdc, 2 dc, ch 2, sl st
Pull the ST through the middle to SS to complete work.
Create about 8 hearts or to desired amount.
Creating the Pom Pom.
For this technique I utilized my Pom Pom maker in order to achieve the look.
Once again, using the yarn sewing needle and corresponding yarn to sew through he inside top of the hat to secure the Pom Pom on.

Ingredients:     Crochet Hook>> N-9.00MM  Craft Scissors // Tapestry Needle //2 Skeins of  Isaac Mizrahi "Sutton" Craft Yarn // Super Bulky- "Wool/Acrylic" // Needle and Thread // Measuring Tape
  Stitch guide:    HDC= half double crochet// SC=single crochet// DC=double crochet// SS= slip stitch //ST(S)= stitch(es)// CH= chain R[number]= Row


 CH 77
Connect the last ST to the first ST
To start Row 1: CH 2, HDC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 1.
For Row 2: SC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 2.
For Row 3: CH 1, HDC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 1.
For Row 4: SC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 2.
For Row 5: HDC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 1.
For Row 6: SC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 2.
For Row 7: HDC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 1.
For Row 8: SC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 2.
For Row 9: HDC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 1.
For Row 10: SC into all of the sts for the entire Row, at the end of the Row, SS to connect and continue work, CH 2.
 For Row 11: HDC into the first ST, CH 1, Skip 1 ST, HDC into the following ST, CH 1, Skip 1 ST...[repeat method until the end of the row, at end of row, SS to continue work.]
For Row 12-13:CH 2, HDC into the first ST, YO insert hook into the open space, YO to pull through all the strands on the hook to SS, CH 1, and repeat method for both rows, after each row SS to continue after final row SS to complete work.

DIY // Free Crochet Granny Square Halter Top Pattern!

Hello there! I hope you all had a lovely weekend! I've had this yarn hanging around for quite awhile and I've been wanting to create something fun to wear for the Summer!

Ingredients:     Crochet Hook>> 6.00MM  Craft Scissors // Tapestry Needle //1 Skeins of  Yarn // Medium 4 // Crop Top // Needle and Thread // Measuring Tape

  Stitch guide:    HDC= half double crochet// SC=single crochet// DC=double crochet// SS= slip stitch //ST(S)= stitch(es)// CH= chain R[number]= Row

 To create the granny squares. 3 inches width/3 inches length
CH 3, Connect the first ST to the last ST
Inside the loop, HDC 8 times and SS.
R1: CH 3, DC into the same ST, CH 1, Skip 1 ST, [DC two times into the following ST, CH 1, DC again into the same ST two times] CH 1, Skip 1 ST, [DC two times into the following ST, CH 1, DC again into the same ST two times] CH 1, Skip 1 ST, [DC two times into the following ST, CH 1, DC again into the same ST two times] CH 1, Skip 1 ST, [DC two times into the following ST, CH 1 and SS to connect.

For a small/medium sizing create 30 squares.

Next, you will connect the squares utilizing your tapestry needle and strands of yarn, Row of 4, containing 6 squares each. 18 inches for 6 granny squares.
Next, Insert your hook to the sides of the sewn crocheted piece. At each corner, 4 total chain 40 and SS, knot to cut off. 13 inches in length.

Now, Sewing the 6 granny squares together in one straight row. Sew the piece for the BACK on the SIDE in between the second and third row to attach from one side to the other.
