DIY: The Golden Crochet Drawstring Scarf Free Pattern.

Hello there! I hope you are doing quite well. I've had this golden scarf hanging around my finished items and I thought I'd share a free pattern on how to make it for yourself or for a loved one.

Ingredients:
Red Heart Super Saver (In Gold) Half a skein used
Scissors
Crochet Hook (K/101/12-.6.50MM)
Yarn needle

Crochet Terms//
SC= Single Crochet
HDC= Half Double Crochet
SS= Slip Stitch
ST(S)= Stitch(es)
CH= Chain

DC= Double Crochet
YO= Yarn Over

Notes: *Repeat method from here.

CH 85
Row 1: HDC the entire first row, connecting the very first ST to the last ST.
Row 2: CH 4, you will skip two spaces, two STS and *DC into the 3rd ST, CH 3, Skip
2 STS and DC into the following ST. *Repeat until end of the row, connecting the last ST to the very first ST.
Row 3-18: CH 2, you *YO 5 times into the open ST made from Row 2 and CH 3 to YO 5 times into the following open work. *Repeat until end of the row, connecting the last ST to the very first ST.
Row 19: HDC the entire first row, connecting the very first ST to the last ST.

Finishing:
Using the yarn needle you will weave in the ends into the STS.

For the Drawstring:
You will simply CH 90, tighten the chain and cut.
Weave the drawing in between the open spaces and you're done!
